Only after a thorough survey of your property and its surrounding ground can we quote a price for a service contract.
A survey will help gauge the level of any infestation, establish possible entry points into buildings and sheds, help recognise any potential dangers, such as gnawed electric wires, and is an important part of any successful professional service contract.

Our standard service contract consists of eight regular routine visits per year to bait and provide an effective monitoring system to identify and deal with incursions by Rats, Mice and Insects before they can become established.

A report book will be provided to institute a system of written reports for all visits and treatments carried out. It also contains advice notes, pesticide and rodenticide information, a map/plan showing the location of all bait boxes, insect monitors and any other equipment left on site, can be arranged if required.
This record remains on your premises and is completed by our pest control technician on every visit.

All our work, including any emergency treatments, are carefully monitored to ensure positive results with the utmost care for animals, people and the environment.
